The result is an aromatic and sweet wine with a fruity flavor that is mellow on the palate. Of concentrated texture, it is enjoyed in small amounts so as to savor its magical and deep aromas.

Inspired by the elaboration technique of Ice Wines, Quintella is elaborated with the Verdejo variety of grape and our land’s unique characteristics. Creating this wine is a difficult and costly task as it depends on the weather and only a small percentage of the harvest is used.
